As 2019 comes to a close and we celebrate so much to be thankful for, the RollMaster leadership team would like to extend a message of appreciation for not only RollMaster Flooring Software users, but to our amazing staff who make it all possible. “I have great appreciation and pride for what our team does every hour of every day,” says Dev O’Reilly, CEO. “2019 has been a year of important software updates and optimizations, and we couldn’t have done it without your help!”
Thank You to our partners
Without our partners, RollMaster Flooring Software would truly not be the product it is today. “Our client partners are truly the best,” says Patrick Ferries, VP of Sales. “They provide us the feedback we need to keep fueling more innovation and they give us the resources to keep the momentum moving full speed ahead.”
Many of our RollMaster partners have been with us for over twenty years since we were just a small feisty software company trying to transform the flooring industry. From day one, we have listened to our customer’s feedback to help improve the platform, and RollMaster would not be what it is today without their support and suggestions. (By the way, now’s your chance to help us keep improving with our customer survey.)
We know that it can be intimidating to make a huge operational change and move over to RollMaster Software in pursuit of a better flooring business. Our own Brandon Pindell described the long hours he put in when moving a small flooring store to RollMaster in a previous job. Despite that, we’ve had several new flooring businesses sign on with RollMaster this year and we’re so grateful to them for trusting us to help them run a more efficient flooring business with RollMaster Flooring Software.
Thank you to our hardworking support team
The support staff assists RollMaster users in real-time, day in and day out. They know the software like the back of their hands and are able to address problems in a timely manner to keep flooring businesses running smoothly.
“The Support staff’s self-created support portal has added greatly to our client’s positive experiences,” said Debbie O’Reilly, VP of Administration. “We have come such a long way from the early days when Dev was the only salesperson and developer, and I was the sole trainer and support person. So, thank you so very much! We are lucky to have each of you on our team.”
Patrick added, “Earlier this year we had a client move from their own server to our hosted environment in an emergency situation. The development department worked closely with the support department and was able to have the customer up and running in less than 2 hours. These are no small feats, but it’s just what our team members do on any given day.”
Thank you to our Training and Consulting Teams
Our training and consulting teams make it possible for flooring businesses of all sizes to become successful RollMaster Software users. “Our trainers’ implementation processes and our consultants’ follow-up procedures have dramatically improved our success rate,” said Debbie. “We know that your help in optimizing and problem-solving allows for these businesses to grow and get better every year.”
“I am sincerely thankful and appreciative of the way our team handles and addresses partner questions daily. It is very gratifying to see our clients grow and prosper, knowing we are their flooring software partner and you are their first call for assistance and ideas” said Dev.
Making sure our clients are successful is our number one job, and it couldn’t be possible without our team driving strong go-live trips. “We had a few large go-lives that entailed re-arranging trips and staying extra days, but they did whatever it took to make sure the customer was successful,” said Patrick.
“I’ve been with RollMaster for 18 months and I am so thankful for my co-workers and team members,” said Christine Poplau, Consulting Supervisor. “We are able to share our knowledge and experience with clients in the field, and I know we all get a lot of satisfaction from helping people!”
Thank You To Our Developers
“The development team is constantly delivering new innovations that we previously thought were impossible,” says Patrick. Our software team works hard every day to improve RollMaster Flooring Software for our clients.
But, we wouldn’t be able to improve the software without the help of all of our teams working together with our clients to understand their needs. “The changes and additions we make to meet the underlying needs of our clients, and doing so in a way that fits the flow of the software is really one of the core reasons for its growth,” says Chris Burlon, Chief Software Architect. “That’s why RollMaster has become so crucial to so many businesses in the flooring industry.”
Just this year we were able to launch our language translation feature utilizing Google Translate’s API. This advance would have never been possible without a client’s request to be able to translate work orders into different languages, and thanks to the dedication of our development team, the update was completed within 30 days.
“Over my 22 years with RollMaster, I’ve always felt fortunate to work directly with people and customers that are passionate about what they do. It’s exciting to have seen customers grow alongside us,” added Chris.
A Special note of thanks from Dev
“I consider everyone here to be my fellow RollMaster family members and want to thank you for everything you have done to make this year one we can all be proud of. I can’t tell you how proud I am of all that you have done this year to elevate the RollMaster service to our customers and to the industry we support. I’ve witnessed how you joined hands and rallied together in the face of unfamiliar, unanticipated problems while continuing to deliver stellar operating performance. And I’ve marveled at the countless ways you have made RollMaster a better, more inclusive and more exciting work at home company.
When so many clients are busy with last-minute holiday installations and rush demands, this is our time of year to shine as their flooring software partner. I also want to thank all of our team members who are working hard, often far away from home, and doing great things for our company.”
