With all the uncertainty surrounding the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we want to make sure our priority remains the health and well-being of our clients and employees. We are monitoring the outbreak, and it is becoming clear that this virus will impact a large portion of the population. Many states have declared an emergency, and we believe, like many, that the risk of under action is far greater than the risk of over action.
Because our cloud-based platform allows our clients and employees to work from home, we don’t anticipate any interruptions in our software development, support and/or online training services. However, there is a potential need to reschedule onsite training over the next 30 days. We will monitor regional and local regulations and restrictions that could impact our travel to your location and advise where necessary. We are also encouraging our traveling employees not to travel if they feel sick or if they feel uncomfortable or have concerns traveling at this time. This policy and information may change or be revised as conditions dictate.
