Theresa plays a vital role in assisting RollMaster clients when they require information on the software system or encounter a printer or connection issue. As part of our Support Team, she is part of the crucial first line of assistance, matching client needs to Knowledge Base articles or videos, helping to diagnose connection or printer problems, escalating issues, and providing general support to keep clients satisfied with their RollMaster experience. Theresa has 25+ years in the flooring industry working primarily in installation, purchasing, and billing. She attended Southwest Illinois College, focusing on accounting classes. When she’s able, Theresa’s favorite place to be is at the ocean. She also enjoys cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.
