The People Factor. RollMaster Software was developed and is owned by an industry veteran of more than 50 years, Dev O’Reilly. We are fully staffed with training, consulting, and support personnel with years of direct experience in the flooring industry, many having worked in this industry most of their careers. As anyone in flooring can attest, this industry has its own learning curve, and only those possessing this hard-won experience can truly guide, support, and consult on the use of a fully integrated flooring-specific software system. Especially one so adaptable to the way you run your flooring business.

Onsite Training and Implementation

RollMaster Trainers play a crucial role in getting our new clients up and running on the system. The process starts well before the trainer arrives onsite, working with the client to load vital business data into the system, using a proven method of system implementation. This ensures that the time spent by the trainer at your place of business is focused on “going live.” Thereafter, your trainer spends key time online making sure daily operations are fine-tuned in the system and any additional needs are met. More onsite training can always be added, months and even years later, depending on your needs. Once our RollMaster Trainers have done their job, our Support Department takes over.

Once your initial training is completed and your system fully implemented, our talented group of Support Agents becomes your first line of inquiry. Ask our flooring business support team any questions about your RollMaster System and general industry related tasks as they relate to your software. Our team is trained to respond quickly and professionally to a myriad of support questions. For emergencies, you can reach support 24/7/365. This level and quality of support is included with your use of RollMaster Software.

In addition to our Support Department, we maintain a vast virtual library of complete system documentation, supplemental documentation, Quarterly Release Notes, and an expansive and ever-growing list of Knowledge Based Articles on the system and how to make the most of your usage of RollMaster. In recent years we’ve added a Video library to complement these documents and articles. This includes our Wisdom Wednesday Webinars that have grown in popularity over the years. All recordings are available for continued use by our existing and new clients. There has never been a charge for any of these continuing education tools, as we consider this to be an important part of our ongoing partnership.


Virtual CFO

Another important component of our overall Training and Support is our Consulting Department. In addition to flooring industry experience, these RollMaster staffers all have additional experience and expertise in accounting, many having earned accounting degrees. These folks make it possible for us to offer an advanced level of support via our “Virtual CFO” services. Whether you’re tackling extensive or varied accounting projects, or need help with general flooring business management processes and procedures, one of our experts can step in temporarily to move you along to the next level of business performance. Regional Workshops

We’ve been offering Regional Workshops for well over thirty years. These have proven to be incredibly beneficial to our attendees. Not only do our attendees get additional face-to-face advanced training, they also get to network with other RollMaster customers. Additionally, other than tradeshows, this is the best opportunity to spend valuable time with dedicated and knowledgeable RollMaster Staff. We always look forward to the opportunity to meet in person with our clients to catch up with what’s going on with their business, and also share the newest features being released on the system.
